Clay Credits Wiped Out: Basic LinkedIn Enrichments No Longer Free with Person's URL

Hi guys, My Clay credits just got wiped out. I had like a 1,000 that I was using for testing different templates before I scale up an automation. I thought running basic linkedin enrichments were free if I have person's URL?

Oh, I see what you mean. Not sure if there was some confusion for some reason but no, that's an Enrichment from a data provider and they charge for scraping LI profiles which is why the column deducted credits.We do have an enterprise option where Clay does not charge you for enriching those, Companies and People, so maybe that was it?

Do my credits get used if an enrichment is tried and no result is found?

There are some providers that do charge Clay even when they don't find anything, yes. For some, we refund ourselves or they do. Will check if we can have a list or an indication for those cases so it's easy to spot.

Since the providers consider that search a cost on their end, they charge Clay and thus we reflect that as credits being deducted.
