Hey there, we are noticing that the overview tab within the workbook is crashing and shows this after initially displaying a blank screen and then loads with 'uh oh, something unexpected happened' Workbook: https://app.clay.com/workspaces/271513/workbooks/wb_R2vWcfacBDfP/all-tables
I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with the overview tab in your workbook. The error message "uh oh, something unexpected happened" indicates a technical problem that we need to investigate further. To help us resolve this issue, we'll need some additional information: 1. Can you provide a summary of the steps leading up to the crash? 2. Are you seeing any specific error messages besides "uh oh, something unexpected happened"? 3. Is this happening consistently or intermittently? 4. Have you tried accessing the workbook from a different browser or device? If you haven't already, please try refreshing your browser using Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R. If the issue persists, we'll need to look into it more closely. If you need further assistance, please request human support by clicking on "Talk to a person" in this chat.
When going into a table and then to review and edit the overview tab it crashes each time, even despite refreshing the page - this is also happening for my colleague on a different device and building

Hey Denver. Thanks for letting us know about this. We've pushed an update that should fix this issue with the overview page. Could you try those again, and let me know if you still have trouble?
Thanks Mark L., that seems to be working now, thank you On a separate note, within the same table in the find people tab: https://app.clay.com/workspaces/271513/workbooks/wb_R2vWcfacBDfP/tables/t_S9KPhjnXEzEq/views/gv_Rc8BDVBjMPKh For the email & phone columns, it isn't giving me the final output (I didn't have to previously select "Output name of successful provider?" But even when selecting it, the waterfall is finding results, but not giving the final confirmed output value
Not sure if it's a bug, haven't seen this come up before
When I expand the "Work Email (SMB)" watefall, for example, I can see that, for most rows, only the first column has run. The waterfall will not display an email in that final column until the row has completed the waterfall – it needs to be validated, at least. If invalidated, then other providers will be checked. So the waterfall will not be able to "reach a conclusion", so to speak, until all columns are run. Does that help?
The "Validate Leadmagic" step hasn't run for most of them. Ditto the "Find Work Email (2)", and so on. This is happening because the auto-update setting is disabled for the table. You will need to either 1) run each column manually/individually or 2) re-enable auto-update for the table, so that columns can run on their own when the prior one finishes.
thanks Mark L. that appears to have worked, I did have the table auto update setting turned off and was going through each column manually and it was working fine for other columns, but this one was throwing the issue do I need to have the table auto update setting turned on even if I manually run each column?
It can be helpful to disable the auto-update setting when, e.g. you're still experimenting or "perfecting" the table setup. During your testing, you can manually run the cells for a given row without directly impacting other rows/columns. When your testing is done, it's helpful to re-enable auto-update. That way, you can run an entire row with one click. And, when new rows enter, they'll automatically proceed through all the columns.
I think you might have what you need here, so I'll tentatively mark this closed for the moment. Please keep in touch if you hit other roadblocks. :)
