Comparing Custom Extraction vs. Formula Generator for Value Extraction

Hi Clay Team, One of the things I was curious about: for the "Extract Values from Data" feature, I see the benefit of having the pre-built options for “Email Addresses”, “Personal LinkedIn URLs” and “Domains”. However, when it comes to the "Custom (Advanced)" extraction type, is there any benefit to using this over using the "Formula Generator" instead? I'm asking because I don't know Regex so I find this hard to use, but the Formula Generator makes it easy given that I can use AI to write the formula for me.
