If "send table data" isn't recognizing "Phantom Buster Pull Data" as a list, it's likely because the value isn't formatted as a list. To resolve this, add the list through the "Other data from this table" section. If you need to flatten a list (e.g., turn each item into its own row in another table), use the "Send row for each item in a list" option. This ensures each item in your list is sent as a separate row in the destination table.
