Troubleshooting Work Email Waterfall Issues in the Find People Table

Hello, can anyone help me with this (presumably) rookie error: Goal • Run the work email waterfall on the "Find People" table. Context I am trying to run a Work Email waterfall and it's failing each time. I believe the reason is that the company table data column is blank. I see what I believe to be the `table id` in the URL for the company table, but am unable to paste. When hovering over one of the blank cells, it prompts me to click the Play button, but nothing happens when I do so.

Based on your description, it seems the issue might be with the connection between your Find People table and the Companies table. Here's how to resolve this: 1. First, verify that your Find People search is properly connected to your Companies table. When you open the Find People search from a companies table, it should automatically populate with your table data and the corresponding domain/social URLs. 2. If the connection isn't correct, your search will be unrelated to the companies you're trying to work with. Make sure you have the right company table and data connected.To run the column once properly connected: 1. Right-click on the column 2. Click "Play" 3. Select "Run All Rows that haven't run or have errors"If these steps don't resolve the issue, you may need to request human support for further troubleshooting. It appears to be connected, I used the default workflow, so I don't know if that's the issue. See screenshot below

Hey Kyle, thanks for reaching out about this. Happy to help! Jumped into the table— it appears that when it tried pulling in the related values it had an issue finding what table it should retrieve the data from but clicking on the column header to edit, and providing it the table ID and Record ID values stored in the profiles' column fixed this. Arturo O. for some reason I keep getting an error when trying to execute the Work Email waterfall. Any idea why?

I can check it out. How many actions/enrichments, such as providers for the email waterfall were you looking to add, and does it include email validations? Out of experience, it may be that the table is reaching the column limits for enrichment which is currently up to 30 enrichments per table by default, so it may be running into that since there's a mobile phone waterfall in the table as well.

Hey Arturo O., I just left the standard settings for the Work Email Auto-Enrichment. I don't think that there are more than 30 enrichment columns, even with those included, but please let me know me know if I'm mistaken.

Thank you, Kyle. Checked the current count and it was the enrichment limit, the mobile phone waterfall also include validation columns of their own, the total came up to 21 actions/enrichments based on what I saw in this section. https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1316051583/05f2b6921cc62383118329dd2dcd/chrome_OIMqEwmvsS.png?expires=1735580700&signature=3e443b34aa9f81421e652c9dd9e58184e9899bc539c4f2e2bdb17d232e8bc58b&req=dSMmEMl7nIRXWvMW1HO4zVMWFvK2I6ibU4LKCLzABOHg0hjcR4NG%2FP1V8RXl%0A90gM%0A The default email waterfall would put it over that limit. To help out, I increased the table's enrichment limit to 40 and added the email sequence for you but didn't run. Let me know if you run into any issues!
