We process Expert applications at the beginning of each month. For example, if you submitted your application any time in January, you'll hear back in the first week of February.
If it's past the first week of the month and you haven't heard back, our email may have bounced or gone to spam. In that case, if you need further help, you should request human assistance by clicking on Talk to a person.

For the Expert Program specifically:
** Approved: you’ll get an automated approval email with onboarding steps.
** Waitlisted: you’ll get a personalized email explaining why (could be missing testimonials, need for more Clay experience, or lower MRR) and encouragement to reapply in a month.
** *Rejected: you’ll get a personalized follow-up that acknowledges your expertise but explains the criteria you didn’t meet, plus an invite to consider the Creators program.
