Troubleshooting Pro Annual Subscription Errors: Need Support Help

Hi Support! We bought Pro annual back in the summer, and today we're hitting a bunch of errors that are telling us to upgrade to access functionality. Can you help us figure out what's at foot?

Ty! Yes I want to add, I was able to do all of this earlier today, came back and I am getting the upgrade thing all over.
