How do I extract several people from the same company from one linkedin contact search in a separate list?
Here's how you can extract multiple people from the same company: 1. Use the Find People search feature and select the Companies section to specify the company you want to search from. 2. If you have a Sales Navigator search URL, you can: • Go to Method Filter • Select External List • Paste your Sales Navigator search URL in the Query section • Import up to 2,500 results per search (each result costs 1 Clay credit) 3. When you perform this search, your companies and people data tables will be automatically linked in the same workbook for easier management.The results will create a separate list of people connected to your target company, with each person's profile automatically linked to their company data. Owen C.··Hey Pablo, thanks for reaching out. Where would you like to export these contacts? There are a few ways we can do this. First, you'll need a way to identify which contacts you want to export relative to the rest of the list. This can be done using a checkbox column, formulas, or filtering the list view based on the company name so we have a way of knowing which contacts you'd like to export. Once we have a clear way of knowing which contacts out of your list you want to export we can either export this as a CSV, write them into another table (using Clay's write to other table feature) or push them to a specific destination you had in mind like Google Sheets, Airtable, a CRM, etc. Hope this helps!
