Seeking Higher Match Rates for Job Titles: LinkedIn Profiles vs. Clay AI

Hey, been trying to get support for a about a week now with no responses via in-app chat email. I think my questions is related to this one: https://clayrunhq.slack.com/archives/C025KSBLPGX/p1708522417863999 I'm trying to get very specific job titles from a very specific set of companies and the match rate seems to be less than 50%. Meaning, on LinkedIn, I can see a person working at a company, but Clay doesn't return that person even when the filters are all correct. Some cases we are unable to query any people from some of the companies of interest.

  1. 1.

Can you estimate what % of people with profiles on LinkedIn Clay is unable to return?

  2. 2.

Is there an alternative workflow with higher match rate we can use (e.g. with sales navigator?)

I can DM some specific people that should be on that list but currently aren't

Hey Matias, Sorry for the delay! I checked your table. This dicrepancy in imported or found results could be due to search limits being applied or perhaps that our tool could not find people due to private profiles. Currently, the "find people" enrichment doesn't use your active session or cookies to collect data from LinkedIn. This video provides some context on Find People results. An alternative solution is to use the find people with sales nav feature when creating your table or run a scrape with PhantomBuster (although it risks your LinkedIn account).
