has clay been extra slow lately for anybody
Performance issues can occur with larger tables or complex workflows, manifesting as latency where cell data takes longer to load. Try a hard refresh: Mac (⌘ + Shift + R), Windows (Ctrl + Shift + R). For enrichments showing "Retrying," this could be due to API tier limits requiring smaller batches. If cells are stuck in queued status, the hard refresh should help resolve front or backend performance issues. You can also clear your browser cache to resolve persistent error messages.
Hi Clark, Do you still need help here? Do you mind sending the link (url) to the table so we can take a look?
Here's one
the executive profile research step
Then this one on the gpt 4.1 mini column and the add row to sheet column
Were all the Claygent latency related to Open AI models? I will circle to see if any issue there.
most
but also the send to sheets is being abnormally slow
We're not tracking any outages at the moment. Are all these latency issues with these larger tables? How long has it been queuing?
and then anecdotally i had some leadmagic time outs which has never happened before
the gpt ones for like 30 min+ now
Gsheets columns have been going for 5 ish minutes on only like 20 rows. some of them pushed but not all
maybe I'm off, just seems weird though
Are all these issues in the same column above? Can you give me the column titles or specific places to look broken down by table? I will take a look at the backend logs and messaging.
Executive Profile Analysis
is it faster to use a direct http call or the claygent integration with my own api
or does it matter?
It shouldn't matter, I'm checking to see if there's something happening at this time.
Clark - Sorry for this, it looks like we've got a bug on our hands. I've escalated this to our engineering team to help look into it. We'll follow up here as soon as we know more!
Good news! Happy to report that we heard back from the team and this issue should be fixed. Try a quick refresh (Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R) and let us know if the problem has been resolved on your end, or if you still have trouble. Thank you for your patience as we worked on it.
gotcha, thanks. Different table, but it seems to be pretty inconsistent on the loading speed. sometimes it's quick, other times will take like 30 min to an hour to load.
mostly referring to gpt api calls

Hey there Clark thanks for reaching out, this is occurring due to an ongoing outage that's going on with our AI providers, it's since been resolved on their end but we are still seeing some rate limit issues occur we are currently monitoring to get these rate limits back to the normal range.

hello, apparently it happening again. I reported this as well using the support feature and was informed it was fixed, just like in this thread, but now it seems to be ultra slow again
Hey Vicenzo F., What problem are you facing? Could you please tell me?
this.. it's running for almost 24h now
this should be done a long time ago tbh
Hey there! I believe the AI issues should now be solved - if you manually stop runs and re-run the columns, you should be all set!
thanks Hari K., I'll do that
Sounds good!
