Struggling with Clay's Slow Performance: Need Urgent Solutions!

I have been facing this issue for a while now, Clay is super super slow for me. It takes like at-least 30 seconds every-time I try to perform a smallest set action even as small as renaming a table. I have also tried reporting this multiple times but in vain. Support team/bot mentions all surface level things clear cache, login-log out, restart device...I have already tried all this multiple times...it is just not working for me! Please help me with a relevant solution!

    Its not a table specific problem, its a account level problem...I am working on this table btw

    I have faced this challenge with all of my table...and its been there from last 2 weeks. I had raised a support ticket as well but didn't get any satisfactory answer!

    Hello Aniruddh! Thanks for reaching out! I tried recreating this issue on my end and did not face this issue. However I do completely empathise with you and understand how frustrating it must be. We already have a bug reported for latency issues and the engineering team is working on resolving those issues. I appreciate how patient you have been with us and will try to solve this issue in coming weeks. If you do find evidence of these latency issues, a video that I can relay to the engineering team, would really help as well. For now I would recommend doing hard refreshes and clearing your cache (although I understand that is not the answer you want right now). Thanks again and let us know if you need any more help! :)

    See it took more than a minute to simply load the table...very disappointing experience. I had subscribed for Pro plan and had 50k credits. I could not use even 50% of it because of the pathetic platform experience and I don't want to renew pro plan just because of the same... If I move from Pro to Starter, all of my credits will get exhausted as starter has a limit of only 2k credits and maximum rollover can be 4k credits..please help me out with something. Is it possible for you to resolve the issue ASAP and increase the validity of my plan?
