Thanks for reaching out! It looks like you got the Smartlead columns to run. For context, the most common reason is when leads already exist in a campaign in your Smartlead account. If the setting to allow duplicate leads across campaigns is not toggled on (see screenshot from your table), they will not be added. Here's a quick resource for Smartlead's configuration:
