Tracking Table Creation Parameters and Logs

when creating a new table, is there a log somewhere of the parameters that were used? e.g. I want to know that a specific table was created on Dec 5, using Google Maps API, with country = USA and city = Dallas, etc.

    Currently, there isn't a built-in log that automatically records the parameters used when creating a new table. When creating a table, you can choose between Company Table, People Table, or Custom Table, and if using integrations like Apify, you can configure specific parameters during setup.For tracking purposes, you may want to:1. Document your table settings manually 2. Name your table descriptively to include key parameters 3.
