Guidelines for Automating Follow-Up Sequences with Leads

Hi - looking for some help/consultation (free or paid) regarding the process after getting a positive reply from a lead. Ho do you guys create sub sequence? Do i create sub sequence for each of the positive replies i'd get? For example, sub sequence for "Yes", "What is the pricing", "what is your process", "how do you work" , "can you reach back after XYZ time" - i'm not sure how to automate this. Or this can be done maunually only, is there any good automation i can do.
