reaching out to ops people, saying we could create better integrations to optimize their workflows and save time
reaching out to heads of products and IT at tech companies, telling them we can slash their product roadmap in half
reaching out to recruiters hiring for tech roles, saying we can give them an entire team that already knows how to work with each other, etc
Can you help me find a copy/target/strategy that works when selling custom software development? Thanks in advance
That website is just, too much. For a software development agency, intent signals are key. For what you tried: Offer 1: How do you know they need to create better integrations to do xyz? Offer 2: How do you know they want to slash their product roadmap in half? They may want it, but it may not be a priority. How would you be certain? Offer 3: Rather than offering a whole team, why not tell them you have the exact person with the exact skill set and experience they are looking for, for each of the job ads they have put up? This is a tough niche, and not looking for intent signals and being certain can be like shooting in the dark, with blanks. Hope I've provided some food for thought.
