Count the Company Appearances in a Table: Quick Reference to Find Prospects

Count the number of times a Company appears in a table. I want to be able to be able to see how many employees at a company have landed in a table I have set up. It's a scoring metric + useful to quickly reference. I when I have the count this will be saved to the Company table so I know how many prospects I am looking at for that account.
