Why are the employee headcounts different between Clay and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for the same job titles?

hi - I’m trying to find the number of employees at a company with specific job titles. When I enter the same titles in Clay’s enrichment for “Find Employee Headcount by Job Title” and in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, I get different results. I’ve tried this for 5 companies and the results from Clay are close to half of what LSN says. There are no other filters applied on either side. hi everyone - any ideas why the value returned from Clay’s enrichment might be half of what we can see directly in LinkedIn Sales Navi for the headcount enrichment? (link to the table is in the main message). Thanks!

Hey, thanks for reaching out, and appreciate your patience! Will take a look at the examples and ask about the discrepancy. It could be that the number of people associated with the company was not fully caught in some of these cases.

From this list, all of them have a higher count that's nearly double in Sales Nav?

Sorry for the delay, Vignesh G.. Yes, unfortunately, it is a data issue where the provider for this tool is only picking up profiles that don't have any visibility restrictions set up by LinkedIn or the person themselves. The team is continuously working on options to include more options but may take a bit longer to incorporate new solutions.
