Hi - I am trying to run claygent over an imported hubspot list to retrieve all website links. The hubspot list has lots of contacts from the same company. How can I configure the claygent to only run once per domain & then apply the results to the rest of the list rather than spending a credit to re-run & acquire the same results for people with the same domain?
Hey Parker, thanks for the follow up and sharing this issue. At first glance, it looks like that's actually not a list (array of values nested inside a cell) but rather a single string being pulled. In this video going over the integration I show what a typical list looks like in cells, but if your values aren't in such format, you can skip that field by leaving it empty and focus on the "Add other data" section alone where you should be able to insert and write over those values. Let me know if you still run into any issues!
Hi Artur G. - got it. I've moved past this. I'm on the last step from above. I've created a seperate table w/ all of the company info & am now trying to import it back into my original people table. The 'Lookup row' function just returns the result of 'Record Found'. How do I get it to populate the rows in the people table w/ the corresponding info from the company table?
Hi Parker, if you click on a cell and open the Records data set you will see an entire array of all the info from your company table for that row. From here you can add each data point as a column to your people table, or take other actions on this data such as filtering or using an AI formula.
