You can create a Clay table workflow to automate your Amazon brand outreach process. Here's how to structure it: 1. First, create a table with your SmartScout data: โ€ข Import your list of Amazon brands and SKUs from SmartScout โ€ข Include relevant fields like brand name, SKU, and website domains 2. Set up data enrichment: โ€ข Use Clay to scrape the company websites for contact information โ€ข Validate email addresses to ensure they're active โ€ข Find decision-makers' information through our enrichment tools 3. Create analysis columns: โ€ข Add fields to document listing pain points โ€ข Include competitor comparison notes โ€ข Track listing optimization opportunities 4. Generate personalized outreach: โ€ข Use AI to craft personalized compliments based on the brand's information โ€ข Create tailored first-liners referencing specific listing improvements โ€ข Include fields for tracking outreach statusThis workflow will streamline your process of finding and validating contact information while helping you craft personalized outreach messages based on your listing analysis. Hi, in order to do this you could 1) download the list from smartscout as a csv and upload it into Clay. This would allow you to import all your contacts into a Clay table. If that does not work, I am more thn happy to explore other solutions to connect smartscout and clay. Here is a video on importing csv to Clay: https://www.clay.com/university/lesson/import-csv-clay-101 2a) To find the decision makers at the brands we can either use a people search (mainly effective for larger brands) and narrow it down so it just returns owners/partner/c-suite. If the businesses are smaller you can use our "Find Decision-makers SMB" recipe which will allow you to find decision-makers at the companies that are smaller along with their emails 2b) assuming you want to reach out via email, we would also need to create an email waterfall, which will allow us to sequentially search data providers for the emails of the person we are looking for. Here is a video and documentation for a people search: https://www.clay.com/university/lesson/find-people-clay-101 3) Using an AI model, such as Claygent, we could search for information online and ask it to find what other competitors are doing and what is making the competitors more successful than the company you are looking at. Here is an explanation of what Claygent is and it does: https://www.clay.com/university/lesson/claygent-ai-web-scraper-clay-101 4) Using the result found from step 3, you could use another AI, such as ChatGPT, to construct a one-liner which focuses on the competitive advantage of the cometitor and how you could help bridge this gap. Bonus: I recorded this quick video for you explaining the differences between GPT and Claygent: https://www.loom.com/share/01ade1a8fb1d4624917f303589cc8cd3?sid=1612ff71-1e8e-4d59-b3e2-a76db1d7de9c Let me know if this and the sources help clarify a potential workflow you could use to achieve your goals!
