Efficient People Search Workflow in Companies: Prioritizing CEO, Founder, CMO

Hi, is it possible to search for people in companies using a “waterfall” workflow? What I mean is that I’m searching for a CEO if this position can’t be found second best is the founder, next in line is CMO, etc. I think, I can use a series of “Find Contacts at Company” columns with a conditional formula, but is this the most efficient option?
