Hi Team, I have a email waterfall that is not on auto-update. When I ran the second step in the waterfall manually my assumption was that it will not run those where condition is not met, i.e. first step in waterfall succeeded, but to my surprise all rows ran, and I got a hit for credits
This behavior is actually by design in our email waterfalls. When running a waterfall step, it continues checking subsequent steps even after finding an email because the system needs to validate the email quality. If an email is found by a data provider but fails the validation check, the waterfall will continue running to find a better quality email. The waterfall process includes email validation (using ZeroBounce by default) to ensure you're working with the highest quality data possible. This validation step helps determine whether found emails are actually valid and usable. Looks like you're still looking for help. We're escalating this over to our support team and someone should be in touch soon. In the meantime, feel free to include any other information that may be helpful in solving your issue!
These are valid emails since I have verified them individually in neverbounce, something is off with this waterfall
Hey Aditya! Thanks for reaching out. Sorry about this. Could your share your table url (link in your browser tab)? We'll check this๐๐ฝ.
Thanks Daniela
