Hubspot Dynamic List Updates: Timing and Syncing with Clay Table

Hello Team, I have created a table from dynamic Hubspot list. Also I am on enterprise plan. 1. The whole list is imported but i have added more filters and updated the table on Hubspot, how much time does it take to reflect?/Immediate update option? 2. Also whenever a new contact is added/removed on the Hubspot dynamic list will that get added/removed from Clay table too?

Hi there. The table will refresh every 24hrs, or upon manual refresh in Clay (as you might want to do after changing the list criteria). New records to the list in Hubspot will appear in Clay at that time. There is no current ability to auto-remove rows in Clay, if they are no longer in the Hubspot list. Could you share a bit more about your uses cases for this? I'm sure our product team would consider it for the future roadmap. If you have any details/scenarios where this would prove especially valuable, I'd be happy to pass them along internally.

Thanks! Mark (Clay) For example when we created dynamic list we had certain filters and the contact size was around 1000 and then later we narrowed them further on Hubspot's dynamic list. Now we want the Clay table to get updated and not have those contacts that we have removed from the Hubspot list.

That makes sense. Especially if you're still fine-tuning the list in Hubspot, I could see value/"peace of mind" if we knew that Clay would (eventually) align, without extra effort to clean up the table. I'm assuming that, in Clay, you'd prefer the rows to be quietly deleted, if they're no longer in the Hubspot list? (And use HS for any historical/logging for list membership changes.)

Yes. Yes. Also apart from fine tuning, this also lets us move accounts that have moved forward and we want to remove them from the list. But let me know what's the work around for removing them from the clay table?

Just for clarification, can you folks help with how to go about this now? Will it sync and update the contacts? (Apply the filters on the table too)

Hey there could you post a link to the table where you are working on this so that we can take a look. Currently if you wish to update an existing contact in Clay with the changes that were made in HubSpot, you will need to use the HubSpot lookup Contact integration in order to search for the contact in HubSpot and update the contacts
