hey #clay-support, yesterday my clay sub got finished and had not recharged , but i had 7000 credits left with me, but those credits did not roll over-- are my credits diluted? Anyway it could be rolled over---? or do i need to buy my subs?

Your credits aren't lost! When your subscription ended without recharging, your 7000 credits stayed on your account until the end of that billing cycle.
However, once the new billing cycle started, your credit balance got capped based on your new plan's rollover limit (which is 2x the monthly credit allocation). [1] If you're now on a free plan, you can only keep up to 200 credits total (100 monthly + 100 rollover), so the excess credits above that limit were forfeited. [2]
You can restore access to those credits by upgrading back to a paid plan that supports your previous credit balance.

Yes! If you upgrade back to a paid plan that supports your previous credit balance, those forfeited credits will be restored.
When you upgrade to a higher-tier plan, the new plan's higher rollover cap allows you to retain credits beyond your current plan's limits. Previously forfeited rollover credits associated with the higher plan get restored upon upgrading. [1] [2]

i just renewed it but those credits have not been added back
