How to Set Up Daily Refresh for Clay Table from SFDC Report

Im confused how to get my table to refresh once a day from a SFDC report source. Im trying to auto enrich Accounts with empty websites. The report shows empty websites but Clay doesnt seem to be refreshing the data. Thanks

To set up your Clay table to refresh daily from a Salesforce report source and auto-enrich Accounts with empty websites, follow these steps: 1. Use the "Salesforce Reports with Salesforce" action in Clay. This allows you to import data from your SFDC reports into Clay on a rolling basis. 2. Set up the integration to pull the report containing Accounts with empty websites. 3. Once set up, the data from your Salesforce report will automatically sync with Clay every 24 hours. 4. After the data is in Clay, you can use our enrichment features to add website information to the empty fields. 5. Use the "write to table" feature to update the enriched data back to your original table. Remember, while you can't currently schedule enrichments, the CRM source will update every 24 hours automatically. If you need more frequent updates, consider upgrading to an enterprise plan for more frequent syncing options.

I cant tell when its set to run, and forcing the update doesnt seem to work either

By default, Clay syncs Salesforce imports every 24 hours. For Salesforce Reports, we use the "Salesforce Reports with Salesforce" action, which imports data from your SFDC reports into Clay on a rolling basis. To troubleshoot update issues: 1. Check if auto-update is enabled. To do this, click on your table name in the top bar and look for the Enable/Disable auto-update option. 2. Verify your report setup. Ensure you've selected the correct report and set appropriate uniqueness fields to avoid duplicates. 3. Note that Salesforce limits reports to 2000 records max. If problems persist, you may need to request human assistance for a more detailed investigation of your specific setup.

Hi Justin!
I tried to manually kick off the refresh and it seems to have worked.
When did you add the schedule option? Typically it'll run 24 hours directly after being added, so if it wasn't added in the last 24 hours, that might explain why it hasn't refreshed yet.
