Impact of Salesforce Record Deletion on Clay Table Refresh

Hi team - when importing records from a salesforce list, what happens when records are removed from that list in salesforce? Example:

Pull from "leads list" and 400 results are returned
I delete 100 of those records in salesforce
The clay table is refreshed, and refreshes every day

Will the table keep all 400 records, or is there a chance that it changes down to the new amount (300)? In testing, it seems that it keeps all 400, so I want to confirm we can build logic assuming that once a record shows up in this table, it won't be removed. cc: Joe S.

When importing records from a Salesforce list into Clay, the table will retain all records, even if some are removed from the Salesforce list. Our system doesn't automatically remove records that have been deleted in Salesforce. By default, Clay syncs Salesforce imports every 24 hours. This means that new records or updates will trigger action runs, which enriches and exports these updated fields. However, this sync doesn't remove records that have been deleted in Salesforce. If you need to reflect changes in your Salesforce list accurately, you might want to consider re-importing the data or using a more dynamic approach.
