How to Exclude Social Media Profiles When Finding Company Contacts

Hey all, I have a question that I come into often. I scrape a lot of companies (google maps, listings, etc).. and I have a pretty damn good list of target companies. When i go to find companies, it often times includes Facebook, google, twitter, employees because sometimes those are the websites listed. Is there any way to find people from companies and exclude those easily?
