This issue is consistent, and on all browsers. This issue is also consistent in every single Claude AI column I use. Did not test with other AI models.

Yes, I am in the full configuration, and it is still impossible for me to remove documents from the AI Column. There seems not to be any alternative way to manage the document context beyond this window.

If I duplicate the Claude column the issue persists in the new column. Starting a new column from scratch gives a clean slate, but after adding documents i am once again unable to delete them.
