Optimizing the Find New People Feature for Better Results

Hello! When using the "Find new people at these companies" feature on a list of contacts, is there a way to guarantee certain types of contacts populate in the list of people found? For context, when using this function on a particular list, the original export did not include a CEO contact for one of the companies in the original list, despite me filtering for this title and the resulting list not reaching my row cap. I only found the CEO contact in question when running it a second time a week later.
