Steps to Clean Up Duplicate Leads in Email Search

Hello, I am noticing when I have a list of leads where multiple people have the same first name (example: Eric) Clay will search for email and, in many cases, populate all "Erics" with the same email (eric@domain.com for example). Are there further steps I can take to clean this up?
