Using a Find People Column with a Conditional Formula for Active Job Openings

Hi there - i am trying to run a “find people” column if only “Find active job” has results. I am trying to use the formula “{{Find Active Job Openings via LinkedIn}}?.jobs?.length > 0”, but it’s not getting me the output I want
