Issue with Icypeas Waterfall Enrichment Stuck on Awaiting Callback

Hey guys, I’ve been having trouble with the Icypeas waterfall enrichment, where I have that as the first provider of the waterfall, but it keeps saying ‘’awaiting callback’' for several hours now, even though the credits have already been deducted. Was wondering if anyone knew how to resolve this? Kinda need this list fast haha.
