Hey guys, I’ve been having trouble with the Icypeas waterfall enrichment, where I have that as the first provider of the waterfall, but it keeps saying ‘’awaiting callback’' for several hours now, even though the credits have already been deducted. Was wondering if anyone knew how to resolve this? Kinda need this list fast haha. Hi Walid! Sorry about this. Icypeas had a system outage for some time, and it's taking a few hours to fulfill pending requests. We'll check with the team to confirm ETA. In the meantime, we recommend removing the provider from the waterfall. I made a quick recording below showing how to do this.
