Issue with LinkedIn person enrichment: experience summary not pulling. Possible reasons and solutions?

Hi! I have a problem with LI person enrichment where it won't pull experience summary although it is present on the profile. Is there a reason for that and/or a way to force LI integration to pull the data?

Is there an example of a person who should have a summary that we can check? Of course, this could be because our LinkedIn integrations don't use your active session or cookies to find data on LinkedIn.

The tradeoff is that it could miss some information here and there, especially if there are privacy restrictions in their profiles, meaning that you need to be logged into an account to see all the data.We're continuously working on these tools to improve coverage though!

Yes, if you check the table I sent, there are a couple of examples like Lawrence Du (his first experience summary is not pulled in) or Vincent Lunot (his profile description/About section is not pulled)

I should add that although in most of our usecases the LI data is a 'nice-to-have', but in this instance we absolutely need those for our process.

Hey Antoni! I noticed your table was deleted and checked with the team. Looks like the provider helping with this had some issues at the time but it's now collecting the summaries after I re-ran a test with those two people you mentioned... So guessing it should be working better for you moving forward
