Error Using Formula to Combine Names from Two Columns

Got this message when i try to use formula to get the full name, but i need it from 2 different columns

i just deletd the column, but looks like it deleted another column

can you see in the history which column got deleted together wtih the "fullname"

I’m sorry, Amir, but I’m still not quite clear on the issue. Amir Dawoud Use Claude Sonnet 3.5 and run the same formula. All other LLMs do terribly with conditional prompts.
