Does Phantombuster Import Function Support Scheduled Updates?
Hey everyone - does the phantombuster import function work on a schedule like apify? e.g. Update once a day
Yes, by default, new rows within your Clay table will automatically run your PhantomBuster action through the auto-update feature. Similar to Apify, this refresh occurs every 24 hours.You can also customize when the PhantomBuster action runs by using formulas that trigger the column only when specific conditions are met. Mark L.··Hi Leo. Today there's no way to fine-tune that timing within Clay itself. I can share this as product feedback internally – the need for e.g. scheduling recurring jobs for various actions. We just released that ability with the default actions to find people/company/jobs, and I hope we'll have that available for other sources soon!

Hey Mark, ok understood - however the auto fresh is not working. On the support bot response it says the data does automatically pull once a day

Thanks! I believe the phantoms can run on a schedule, but Clay is not aware of / reactive to that phantom activity. The source in Clay needs to be manually refreshed to fetch the new data. Appreciate you calling out the AI's misinformation earlier. That's frustrating to see. We often speak of Apify and Phantombuster together in tickets, so I suspect that is where it may have gotten the wires crossed. I'll see about correction/prevention for that behind the scenes.
