Updates on Find People Enrichment Options and Best Practices

hey! I was wondering if the Find People enrichment options have changed. I've pulled a company list together and want to enrich it with certain role types but different accounts are seeing different enrichments and I thought there was a home-grown version for 1 credit per row that i used last week that's now gone. Any advice on the best way to find staff in a list on my free account would be really welcome. Or do i need to ditch the company -> people approach now?
