I have multiple contacts from the same company in separate rows. I want to choose the highest level contact among them. What's the best way to review and compare multiple contacts from the same company and choose one?
To compare and select the highest level contact from the same company, use Clay's Find People feature with these filters: 1. Filter by organizational level (C-suite, VP, Director) using the "Job title" filter to identify senior leaders. 2. Use seniority filters to find executives and leadership positions like VPs, Directors, and Heads. 3. Review job titles and functions to determine hierarchy - C-suite contacts typically outrank VPs, who outrank Directors. After filtering, you can write to table with your preferred contacts for further analysis.
Not exactly. I already have a list so I want to work on the list and choose the best (highest level) contact among options which spreaded to multiple rows.
I will wait for your answer
Hi Serdar, thanks for your message - is there a separate table where you're storing the companies that you ran the people search on top? If yes, then you'll be able to lookup all the people associated to a given company using the lookup action, and then pass the context of the lookup to a useAI column to determine the most senior person among the people search results. In case it helps, here's an example of how to pivot data between tables using a Lookup integration which is a related tool that could fit into the concept of pulling in data from Table A to Table B if there's a matching record like the same company for example: https://www.loom.com/share/ad767e3be9914d19a2f6647efe4dfa85?sid=b392b189-1b2a-4fba-a8dc-edb8032f79b1. You can read more about this feature in this docs page.
