Account Lock Issue: Urgent Help Needed for Campaign Access
Good day, I hope you are well. I had created an account earlier but it got locked. I spoke to the support team, they were prompt to reply as the account was locked for 'fraud protection' due to accounts made previously on the same device. They said it can be unlocked if I purchase a plan, anyways we have another paid account on the same email domain, so we decided to use that. When I as invited to the team, I still cannot login. Could you please look into it. I need to run a campaign on urgent basis
