What would be an example of a good strategy to look for companies with intention to buy a CRM, or sales intelligence platform, outbound platforms?

Hopefully, a few people can share or recommend a few related intent providers for this. I'm not very familiar with any provider that offers this info right away and generates a list off of that. I think the closest could be either a recently funded company that has been hiring as well, or along those lines.
