Troubleshooting OpenAI's API: 2 Errors Detected - Early User Question

Hi, early user question, I'm getting 2 errors about my OpenAI's API. Tables here, screenshots attached, made a quick video - Question - prompt error I'm continuing the tutorials, curious what the problem might be. Based on the error, it looks like it's an issue with your API key, specifically the available credits or rate limits.You can check your chatGPT usage in this page (they're usually fast at helping you out if you need to increase them) - https://platform.openai.com/account/usage or https://platform.openai.com/account/limits

Thanks, will check that. I have 0 usage of my chatGPT account, surprised I'd hit a limit. Is there a way around it? I tried "Use Clay's authentication" or something, but still gave an error.

That would be odd. Perhaps if you recently added credits into your openAI account, could you try generating a new API key and using that one instead? About using Clay's API, I'll test it out, maybe it didn't save the settings properly and still tried to use your account

There we go, it appears that was it when trying to use Clay's account, it didn't save when it was selected. Just tried saving again and it ran

But yeah, openAI should be able to clarify the API issues for you and ensure that you have credits in the specific key you generate so it can be used elsewhere.Let me know!

Hey nahyan c. I’ve ran into this before, has to do with your tiered plan. Once you’re at tier 2 you’ll have bigger limits and access to gpt-4 as well.
