The green light with no answer typically indicates your AI column is stuck in a "queued" status. Try these fixes:
Hard refresh first:
** Windows: Ctrl + Shift + R
** Mac: Cmd + Shift + R
If that doesn't work:
1. Create a new column by duplicating your current AI column
2. Filter for rows where the current column "is empty"
3. Run the AI on those filtered rows
4. Use the "merge columns" feature to combine results
Alternative fix:
Hover over the stuck cell and click the play button to rerun just that specific cell
This issue often happens when columns are changed multiple times or runs are stopped midway.

Generally, with "Use AI" cells, the outputs are available once you click into the cell. A green dot indicates a successful run of the model, while the output fields are generally contained inside of the cell. Once you enter the cell, you can add relevant outputs as separate columns of their own.
