Troubleshooting Work Email Waterfall Data Entry Issues

i'm having some issues with running the work email waterfall - i keep on entering the information (i.e. full name, company domain, social profile URL), but it does not save, and then i see this error. more info - the first time i enter all the information it seems to enter correctly. but then it dissapears and i'm faced with this error. even if i re-enter all the information, it is still greyed out. the condtional run settings are also not working properly
