Adding columns from the Company Table to the People Table without overriding existing data

I have this (Company Table) from which I've used Lookup Record & ALREADY written to another people table. I have already enriched all the leads. Now I need to add columns FROM THE COMPANY TABLE -> existing People Table Columns WITHOUT ovverriding everything that is already within the people table. is this possible?
