hi ya'll happy sunday. is anyone else getting this issue when trying to chat with sculptor?
Each workspace is limited to 20 Sculptor conversations per week. A conversation starts when you initiate a chat from the homepage, use the "Chat with Sculptor" button within a table, or use the "+" button to start a new chat.
The entire chat thread counts as one conversation, not individual messages. You'll need to wait until your weekly limit resets to start new Sculptor conversations.
Is that what you were looking for?
i am in clay cohort and need access to sculptor in order to complete my assignments. what do you sugest i do so i can successfully complete my cohort work?
Since you've hit your weekly limit of 20 Sculptor conversations, you have a couple options to complete your cohort assignments:
Wait for the weekly reset - Your Sculptor conversation limit will reset weekly, allowing you to start new conversations.
Switch to a future cohort - If you can't complete assignments due to this limitation, you can switch to a future cohort by submitting the Cohort Application Update form. Your progress will be saved. You have 2 full weeks from cohort start to submit all assignments.
If you need further help with your specific situation, just ask to speak to a human.
Is that what you were looking for?
no, i need a solution that will allow me to complete my current workload and graduate from my current cohort. please give me a solution that allows for this.
I understand your frustration and will connect you to a human agent who can assist you further with your cohort work.

i am in Cohort 28 (currently running) and i need access to sculptor to complete my workload. is there a way you can remove or relax the sculptor throttle so i can access sculptor to complete my assignements? thank you
Hey Patrick, thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately, at the moment we have a fixed conversation limit for Sculptor across every plan. But our engineering team is working on improving this so that it's more flexible for users. Let me know if you have further questions or need additional help!
understood. is there a way to relax this limit for my workspace since we had 2 members working on projects for the cohort that caused us to go over this limit. pleae advise, thank you!
Thanks Patrick! At the moment, on my end there isn't a way to increase the limit since the limit is hard coded. Maybe you could post in your private cohort slack channel to see if any of your peers or the cohort team have suggestions and what they've done before?
yes, i did this and there is no way to complete the assignment since these are the instructions:
Using Sculptor, get a list of 10 food and beverage services companies based in New York with 10k+ followers on LinkedIn
Using Sculptor, determine how you can find whether the company has a sustainability clause on their website and output whether a sustainability section exists in a new column
Hint: this should lead you to use Claygent to do web research on those company domains! :)
Using Sculptor, determine how you can summarize the Sustainability practices at those companies and output the summary in a new column
Hint: this should lead you to use our Use AI → Create or Modify Content enrichment!
please advise on what you recommend as next steps in order for me to complete this assignment and graduate on time. keeping in mind that neither team member in our workspace was aware of the 20 chat limit with sculptor. thank you!
Thanks for the heads up, sorry our team is working on making the 20 conversation limit more clear! The best workaround here I can recommend is to create another account in Clay, and then to add that account as a member of your workspace, that way it has access to your tables. I know this is bit of a high lift, but let me know if you have any further questions.
