The message indicates that your OpenAI not at a high even tier to run the selected model, per OpenAI's limits. See: https://platform.openai.com/docs/guides/rate-limits/usage-tiers https://platform.openai.com/account/usage https://platform.openai.com/account/limits You will need to contact their team to discuss your usage tier and options to increase it. From what I understand, as long as you meet the minimum requirements, you can request a review from the “Usage Limits” page in your OpenAI account settings. Use the “Need help?” option to submit your request, and they can review your account and follow up with you. Within Clay, you can consider selecting one of the other available models.

To use Claygent,a Tier 2 API key from OpenAI will work, as it supports the required TPM rates (450,000 TPM). But for routine content creation, Clay can work with any tier as long as the API key has access/can be used. OpenAI's pages will have the most relevant info for your particular account/key you hope to use.
