Hey Clay S. what's the best way to share my Clay table? I want the other party to see all the data, including my prompt, source etc.
Hi Chris, thanks for reaching out to support!
To share your full Clay table with all data and configurations visible, the recipient needs to be added as a member of your Clay workspace. Once they're added (as either a User or Admin), they'll have access to view all tables in your workspace, including prompts, data sources, and enrichments. You can invite them by going to your workspace settings and adding them via email. Let me know if you need help with the invite process!
chrisM if it's one of your clients, then I would ask to be added to their work space, share your template with yourself in their workspace, upload it, and then if you have a CSV of your original work with credits that you've already spent - download that and then upload it into that template... they'll essentially have the data and a working model of the table (it'll be kinda clunky, but you can make it work).
Hey there - just wanted to check in here to see if you needed anything else. Feel free to reply here if you do and someone will jump in to help out
We haven't heard back from you in a bit, so we're going to close things out here.

Hey,
If you shared the table and it worked for you, that’s expected. When it doesn’t work, it’s usually because the table wasn’t shared as a template.
You can fix that by:
Clicking the table name
Opening Table settings
Enabling Share as template
Once it’s shared as a template, others should be able to use it the same way you did.
Let me know if you have more questions.
No more questions, thank you
