Hi. New to Clay. I'm having trouble logging in. It's showing me an unable to login message. I tried to reset the password with the "forgot password" but I'm not receiving the reset email.

There could be a couple of reasons for your login issues: 1. You might be using Google Authentication instead of a password. Try logging in with your Google account. 2. If you originally set up your account with a password, make sure you're logged out completely before trying the "forgot password" option. If you're still having trouble, it's possible that you're using a different login method than you remember. In this case, you'll need to request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person" for further help with your account access.

i remember logging in and seeing workspaces at one point. If i try and sign up it tells me to use a work email.

Interesting, thanks for sharing that. Is there any chance you might be referring to a different company also called Clay, like the one at https://clay.earth? Just want to double-check, since we don’t have any record of you signing up on our end. Would love to confirm that you're referring to clay.com, the go-to-market data enrichment and automation platform.

i'm positive it was for clay.com I don't mind rereating an account, but it's not accepting my email. Is there any way you can help me with this?

Got it. Curious have you tried re-creating an account? It's super odd since we're not seeing any information related to this email (sebastianotrinh@icloud.com) other than our conversation in support. Also, for context, what were you hoping to use Clay for?

I have, but it’s not allowing me. It’s telling me to use a work email. I was exploring Clay to help me expand what I could do for some clients. Also looking into the cohort program.

Hey Sebastian, I just checked with our team, and unfortunately, we aren’t able to bypass the verification process. That said, if you have a work email or different email you can use to create a new account, we’d be happy to add some extra credits to your account as a courtesy for the inconvenience.
