Clay S. can you help? I ran a company revenue waterfall and after it ran.. it ate up a ton of credits, but no company revenue was actually found. Can the credits be adjusted? I still have more to run, so maybe there is a better more accurate waterfall?
I'd be happy to help look into this credit issue. To better understand what happened, could you share which specific enrichment providers were used in your company revenue waterfall? This will help me investigate why credits were consumed without returning results.
yes the configuration is clearbit first then smarte second.. both charged me I think without outputing the company revenue
I understand the frustration with credits being consumed without results. I'd like to help look into this for you. Could you share the table URL where you ran this company revenue waterfall? This will help me investigate what happened with the Clearbit and Smarte enrichments.
I understand the frustration with credits being consumed without results and I’m here to help if you need further assistance. Would you like to provide more details about the issue or the steps you’re trying to complete?
I can see the issue you're experiencing with the company revenue waterfall consuming credits without returning results. Before I escalate this to our team to review your credit usage, could you help me understand what might have caused this? For example, were the company domains valid, or did you notice any specific error messages in the cells where the enrichments ran?
no, i can see that it found and pulled in information but not hte revenue..
I’m routing you to our human team now so they can assist you further with this issue.

Hey there, thanks for reaching out. Taking a look here. I see that you have filters in place, did you happen to make any input changes to the waterfall here after you filtered out the rows? If you did, then this would have triggered all rows in your table to run as anytime inputs or change the waterfall takes this as a call to run.
never changed the inputs, but I did remove one of the tools from full configuration and that may have been after I ran it a couple times to test it. I think the first tool wouldn't even run actually because I didn't have a proper linkedin profile in some rows so I removed it, but the inputs have always remained the same before I ran it
Hey,
What’s happening here is expected with company enrichments.
When a provider runs, it’s enriching the entire company profile, not just the revenue field. That means the credits are charged as soon as the enrichment runs successfully, even if revenue itself isn’t returned. In this case, the provider did find and enrich the company, just without a revenue value.
Because of that:
The 8 credits are charged even if revenue is missing
The waterfall then moves to the next provider, which also charges if it runs
Credits aren’t tied to whether a specific field like revenue is populated
Nothing is broken here, and that’s why the credits wouldn’t be adjustable.
