Workflow Feature Availability in Free Trial Accounts
Dumb question. I started a free trial and don't see the workflow feature. Is that not available to test in a free trial account?
Bo (.··Hi there, Not a dumb question at all! Welcome to Clay Andres. The workflow feature is available during the free trial. You can find it under “Workbooks” by navigating to Create New > Workbooks. Let me know if you have any other questions or need help getting started! 😊
What am I missing here? When I try to create a blank one, there's nothing that says workflows anywhere on any screen. When I use one of the 3 predefined items here, you get what sort of looks like a workflow that you configure. But nothing that you can do outside of that. When I watch youtube videos, other people's UI looks very different than this. Maybe I don't understand what is considered a Clay workflow. I was expecting to see something that looked somewhat similar to Zapier or Make.
Hey Andres! Thanks for reaching out. Sorry for the confusion. We recently made some changes to the UI. Workbooks replaced workflows and allows you to either select a template or create a blank workbook to build out your workflow.
