Table search ran for contacts at company, regardless of company criteria. [Image]
I had a table run a search for contacts at a company even though the company did not match the criteria for the search to run. Image in thread

Just for clarification, you want to know why companies are getting pulled into your table when they don't match the criteria correct.

Correct. I set it so companies that already have deals that exist in hubspot should not have "find people" searches ran for them
I see, so it looks like you ran the "Find People" search and then entered in a formula to keep out the ones you did not want. Correct.

and the issue is that it seems like it still pulled people for the companies even though those companies didn't run
So what happens is once the initial "Find Person" is run, adding a formula afterwards won't change the results. If you want to create a Find Person search that excluded certain companies, you can create a new view, that does not show the companies you don't want. Than when running the "Find People" search choose the new view that does not show those companies.

Ah I see. Okay so to create a new view, do i just build a filter and save it? What's the process here

LuisArturo Could I still possibly get help here? I'm a bit confused what you mean. When I build the searches, I can't put in conditional rules. How do I make it so that the search only runs for a certain view and finds people for the companies just in that view, and not the entire table?
