Help Needed: Apollo License Issue with Mobile Number Enrichment Waterfall

i created an enrichment waterfall for mobile phone numbers and the first step of the waterfall is to use my apollo license, yet even though a mobile number is found via apollo the waterfall is not pulling that number even though one is found and just continues the waterfall finding a number with the other providers in the waterfall. Can someone please assist?
